COACHING EXPECTATIONS


As your coach, I will:


* Show up fully present and prepared
* Provide personalized support and direct coaching
* Help you identify blind spots around money and self-worth
* Offer grounded strategic guidance rooted in mindset and energetics


As the client, you agree to:


* Show up on time and prepared for our call
* Be open to both practical and energetic work
* Commit to your growth during the 7-day container
* Communicate clearly and respectfully
* Honor the payment terms and coaching boundaries


INVESTMENT + PAYMENT TERMS


The investment for this 7-day private coaching experience is $499.
This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Your commitment is both financial and energetic. By enrolling, you affirm you are financially able and ready to invest in yourself.


CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING


If you need to reschedule your 1:1 call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.


Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the session. One exception may be granted at the coach’s discretion.


CONFIDENTIALITY


Everything shared within this coaching relationship is held in strict confidence unless:


* There is risk of harm to yourself or others
* You disclose abuse of a minor or vulnerable person
* I am legally required to release information
* You’ve given explicit written permission


By agreeing, you also consent to anonymous sharing of client wins or testimonials unless you request otherwise.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content, tools, and materials shared during the program are the sole property of Jillian Minter LLC and are for your personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of this content is not permitted without written consent.


PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY


You understand that the outcomes of this program are entirely dependent on your participation and energy. I do not guarantee specific results. This program is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


By enrolling in this experience, you release Jillian Minter LLC from any claims or liabilities related to your decisions, results, or outcomes. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and growth.


USE OF AI TOOLS & CALL RECORDING
To support your experience, your private coaching call may be recorded and processed using AI-powered tools (including Fathom) that generate a transcript, notes, and a session summary.
By joining, you understand and agree that:
Your 1:1 coaching call may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using AI-assisted technology
These recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated notes are used to capture your session, provide you with a summary and action items, and support your progress during the 7-day container
AI-generated transcripts and summaries are tools to support your work and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free; the live call and its recording remain the authoritative record
All recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated materials remain the exclusive property of Jillian Minter LLC (as outlined in the Intellectual Property section) and are held in strict confidence as outlined in the Confidentiality section
Third-party AI tools used to process the call maintain their own privacy and data policies, and by participating you acknowledge your call data may be processed by these providers
If you prefer that your call not be recorded, please let me know in writing before the session and we'll proceed without a recording




TERMINATION


Either party may terminate this agreement with 24 hours’ written notice. However, due to the short duration of the program, payment remains due in full regardless of early termination.


MARKETING + TESTIMONIAL CONSENT


With your permission, I may share anonymized wins or feedback for future promotions. You will always be asked for explicit permission before anything with your name or likeness is shared.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT


This document reflects our full agreement. It supersedes any prior communication. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.


By continuing with this program, you acknowledge:
