Terms and Conditions
Welcome to your transformation.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Quantum Wealth Academy, a 6-month group coaching program offered by Jillian Minter Coaching. By enrolling in and/or participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This agreement is between Jillian Minter of Jillian Minter Coaching (“Coach”) and you (“Client”). Your enrollment and payment confirm your acceptance of these terms.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Quantum Wealth Academy is a 6-month group coaching experience designed to provide you with:

Weekly 60-minute live group coaching calls
Lifetime access to the signature WEALTH Method curriculum
A curated library of energetic tools including subconscious reprogramming techniques
Strategic tools to build a business that supports your life
Private community access in Slack with powerhouse women
High-level support to break through income plateaus and scale to multiple six and seven figures

The program includes:

Live weekly group coaching sessions (recorded for replay)
Pre-recorded training modules and materials
Community support and accountability
Bonus resources, worksheets, and tools
Implementation support between sessions

Call Schedule:
Weekly group coaching calls are scheduled at the time communicated upon enrollment
Call times are subject to change with reasonable notice to accommodate the needs of the group or Coach
Any schedule changes will be communicated via email and in the Slack community
Participants will be given advance notice whenever possible to accommodate schedule adjustments

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
Program Investment:
As stated on the sales page at time of enrollment.

Payment Options:
Pay in Full (with discount if applicable)
Payment Plan (terms specified at checkout)

Payment Terms:
All payments are processed through our secure payment processor
Payment plan clients agree to honor all scheduled installments
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in loss of program access
All sales are final—no refunds after enrollment (see Refund Policy below)
Prices are subject to change for future cohorts

Declined Payments:
If a payment is declined, you will receive notification and have 5 business days to update payment information. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in:
Suspension of program access
Removal from private community
Forfeiture of remaining program value
Collection efforts for outstanding balance

PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
As the Coach, I agree to:
Deliver valuable, transformational content during all sessions
Show up prepared and present for weekly coaching calls
Provide the promised curriculum, materials, and resources
Create a supportive, high-integrity learning environment
Respect your time, energy, and confidentiality
Offer strategic and energetic guidance to support your growth

As a Client, you agree to:
Show up consistently and engage with the program materials
Participate respectfully with the Coach and other members
Take personal responsibility for implementing strategies shared
Honor the confidentiality of other participants
Complete any assigned work or reflection exercises
Ask for support when needed and communicate openly
Respect the learning environment and avoid disruptive behavior
Understand this is a group program, not 1:1 personalized coaching

PROGRAM ACCESS & ATTENDANCE
Live Call Attendance:
Calls are held weekly at the scheduled time communicated to participants
Call times are subject to change with reasonable notice
Zoom links provided via email and in Slack community
Attendance is encouraged but not required
All calls are recorded for replay access

Replay Access:
Replays available within 24-48 hours of each call
Lifetime access to all recorded content (as long as program platform exists)
You are responsible for downloading or saving any materials you want to keep long-term

Community Access:
Private Slack community access begins upon enrollment
Community remains active throughout the 6-month program
Continued access post-program at Coach’s discretion

Technical Requirements:
Stable internet connection
Zoom-compatible device
Email address for communications
You are responsible for resolving any technical issues on your end

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, frameworks, curriculum, recordings, and strategies shared during Quantum Wealth Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jillian Minter Coaching. You agree to:

Not record, screenshot, or reproduce any content without written permission
Not share login credentials, recordings, or materials with unauthorized individuals
Not distribute, sell, or claim ownership of any content provided
Use all content for personal implementation only, not for teaching, training, or commercial purposes
Not replicate or teach the WEALTH Method or other proprietary frameworks

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Your Privacy:
Personal stories or challenges you share in coaching calls or community are confidential
Other participants agree not to share your personal information outside the program
Coach will protect your privacy and not share your personal details without consent

Program Content:
All coaching calls, trainings, and discussions are confidential
You may not share recordings, transcripts, or materials outside the program
What is shared in the container stays in the container

Marketing & Testimonials:
Your participation may be recorded for internal use and potential promotional purposes
Anonymous participant feedback, wins, or results may be used in marketing materials
If you achieve noteworthy results, Coach may request permission to share your story
You may decline to be featured at any time

Email Communications:
Your email and contact information will be used for program updates and support
You will receive marketing emails from Jillian Minter Coaching (you may unsubscribe from promotional emails but will still receive program-related communications)

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature and immediate access to program materials, no refunds will be issued after enrollment for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or circumstances
Lack of participation or implementation
Dissatisfaction with results
Technical issues on your end
Personal or business challenges that prevent participation
Changes to call schedule or timing

By enrolling, you acknowledge:
You have reviewed the program details and sales page thoroughly
You understand what is included and what is not
You are making an informed investment decision
You take full responsibility for your choice to enroll
You have accepted the no-refund policy

Investment-Back Exception:
In alignment with the Investment-Back Promise stated at the time of enrollment, a refund request may be considered under the following conditions, at the sole discretion of Jillian Minter Coaching:

The request is submitted within 90 days of your enrollment date
You have watched and completed at least 50% of the WEALTH Method curriculum modules
You have attended at least 80% of the live weekly group coaching calls during the period
You have actively participated in coaching calls and engaged in the private Slack community
You can demonstrate that despite doing the work, you have seen no tangible shifts in your money mindset, business decisions, or income opportunities
Your refund request is submitted in writing to jillian@jillianminter.com with documentation of your participation, including modules completed and calls attended

Please note: Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee a refund. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Jillian Minter Coaching. Coach reserves the right to review participation records, call attendance, and community engagement as part of the evaluation process.

Requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be considered.

NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES
You understand and acknowledge that:

This program is educational and transformational in nature, and results are not guaranteed
Individual results depend entirely on your implementation, mindset, circumstances, and consistent action
This is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice
We make no income claims or guarantees about business outcomes
Your success is your responsibility and requires commitment, courage, and consistent effort
Past client results do not predict or guarantee your results
Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not typical results

You agree that:
You are enrolling with realistic expectations
You will take personal responsibility for your growth and results
You will not hold Coach liable for any outcomes or lack thereof

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in Quantum Wealth Academy, you agree to:

Hold Jillian Minter Coaching and Jillian Minter harmless from any outcomes related to your implementation of strategies shared
Take full personal responsibility for your business, financial, and life decisions
Release Coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in this program
Understand that any business or life changes are your choice and responsibility
Accept that coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice

Coach is not responsible for:
Technical issues or access problems on your end
Decisions you make or actions you take based on program content
Financial losses, business challenges, or personal difficulties
Results or outcomes from your implementation (or lack thereof)

CODE OF CONDUCT
To maintain a high-integrity, supportive environment, you agree to:

Respectful Engagement:
Treat the Coach and all participants with respect and kindness
Refrain from gossip, negativity, or drama within the community
Honor diverse perspectives, experiences, and approaches
Avoid disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

Confidentiality:
Keep all personal information shared by others confidential
Do not screenshot, share, or discuss others’ stories outside the program
Respect the sacred container created for transformation

No Solicitation:
Do not promote your own services, programs, or business within the program or community without explicit permission
No pitching, recruiting, or selling to other participants
This is a space for learning and growth, not self-promotion

Violation of Code of Conduct:
Failure to adhere to these standards may result in:
Warning from Coach
Removal from community or program without refund
Legal action if intellectual property or confidentiality is violated

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Jillian Minter Coaching reserves the right to:

Modify the program schedule, format, or curriculum as needed to enhance value
Change call times with reasonable notice to participants
Reschedule calls with reasonable notice (makeup sessions will be provided)
Update program materials or platforms to improve experience
Make changes to improve the program while maintaining the core promise

In the event of unforeseen circumstances:
If Coach is unable to fulfill program obligations due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, reasonable accommodations will be made including rescheduling or providing alternative formats. No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond Coach’s control.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that:

You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
You will use the information shared responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with your values
You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation
This program provides group coaching and general guidance, not personalized 1:1 advice specific to your unique situation
You will seek appropriate professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.) when needed
Your success depends on your willingness to do the inner work, take aligned action, and stay committed

TERMINATION
Coach’s Right to Terminate:
Jillian Minter Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at any time, without refund, for:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
Non-payment or payment disputes
Violation of intellectual property or confidentiality agreements
Any behavior that compromises the integrity or safety of the program

Client’s Right to Withdraw:
You may choose to stop participating in the program at any time. However:
No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal
Payment plan obligations remain in effect
Access to program materials and community will be revoked upon withdrawal

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, along with any supplemental policies provided, constitute the entire agreement regarding your participation in Quantum Wealth Academy. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or understandings.

Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing by Jillian Minter Coaching and will be communicated to active participants. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling in Quantum Wealth Academy, you confirm that you have:

Read and understood all terms above
Agreed to be bound by these conditions
Acknowledged your personal responsibility for all outcomes
Consented to email communications and program updates
Reviewed the program details and made an informed investment decision
Accepted the no-refund policy
Committed to showing up, doing the work, and honoring the container
Understood that call times are subject to change with reasonable notice

Jillian Minter Coaching does not and cannot give any guarantee on results with programs, coaching, masterminds, masterclasses, teachings, and strategies. Your success depends on your commitment, implementation, and personal circumstances.
