This Coaching Agreement outlines the terms for working together in this transformational container. My intention is to provide a clear foundation for our work together—one that fosters clarity, energetic integrity, and personal empowerment.
By saying yes to this work, you’re not just committing to a coaching program—you’re stepping into a new version of yourself. I’m here to support you as your coach, mentor, and energetic partner in growth, wealth, and aligned leadership.

This agreement is between Jillian Minter of Jillian Minter LLC (“Coach”) and you (“Client”). By agreeing to the terms below, both parties affirm their commitment to this coaching relationship.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This coaching experience is designed to support your expansion into becoming the CEO of a business and life you love. It includes:
Vision + goal clarity sessions
Mindset, energetic, and strategic coaching

Identifying + releasing money blocks and scarcity patterns
Nervous system-informed support for sustainable success
High-level accountability + mentoring
Business growth strategy with a manifestation-based foundation
Depending on your package, the container includes:
1 weekly 50-minute 1:1 Zoom call over 3 or 6 months
Custom Telegram support (Monday–Friday, 24-hour response window)
Personalized resources, tools, and assignments for continued integration between sessions

COACHING EXPECTATIONS
As your coach, I agree to:
Be fully present and prepared for each call

Provide tailored strategy, intuitive guidance, and mindset work
Support you in identifying and removing internal and external blocks
Hold a high standard and vision for you—even when you doubt it yourself
Be honest, direct, and compassionate in my feedback
As the client, you agree to:
Show up on time and prepared for our sessions
Be open to both practical and energetic tools
Take full ownership of your results and action steps

Use Telegram support
Honor payment terms and communicate if anything changes

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
You agree that you are financially able and willing to make this investment and that you are not entering into economic hardship by doing so.
Payment plans are available. If a payment is missed, coaching will pause until the balance is current.

There are no refunds. This is an energetic and financial commitment. If you choose to withdraw early, the full investment is still owed.

Coaching may be rescheduled or extended in certain circumstances, but payment schedule remains in effect unless mutually adjusted in writing.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel a scheduled call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

One late cancellation will be allowed with explanation.

A second late cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiting that call, unless otherwise discussed.

SESSION USAGE & EXPIRATION
Your coaching sessions are scheduled weekly over the course of your package term. To keep momentum and honor the container, all sessions must be used within a set window:

For the 3-month package, all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 4 months of your start date
For the 6-month package, all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 7 months of your start date

This built-in buffer allows flexibility for the occasional reschedule, travel, or life event without stalling your progress. Any sessions not used within your applicable window are forfeited, with no refund or credit issued. Extensions beyond this window are at the Coach's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless:
There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
You disclose abuse of a child, elder, or vulnerable person
I am required by law to release information
You grant written permission to share content or testimonials
By agreeing, you consent to possible use of anonymized client wins or testimonials for promotional use unless otherwise stated.
USE OF AI TOOLS & CALL RECORDING
To support your experience, your 1:1 coaching calls may be recorded and processed using AI-powered tools (including Fathom) that generate transcripts, notes, and session summaries.
By agreeing, you understand and acknowledge that:
Your coaching calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using AI-assisted technology
These recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated notes are used to capture your sessions, provide you with summaries and action items, and support your progress throughout the coaching container
AI-generated transcripts and summaries are tools to support your work and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free; the live call and its recording remain the authoritative record
All recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated materials remain the exclusive property of Jillian Minter LLC (as outlined in the Intellectual Property section) and are held in strict confidence as outlined in the Confidentiality section
Third-party AI tools used to process calls maintain their own privacy and data policies, and by participating you acknowledge your call data may be processed by these providers
If you prefer that your calls not be recorded, please let me know in writing before the session and we’ll proceed without a recording
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program content, tools, and materials shared by Coach remain the intellectual property of Jillian Minter LLC. You agree not to share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any of the content without written permission.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You are fully responsible for your decisions, results, and actions before, during, and after the program. You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your participation, energy, and choices. This is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By joining this program, you release Coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from participation. You agree to hold harmless Jillian Minter LLC from any outcomes related to your business, finances, health, or life choices.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 days’ written notice. Regardless of early termination, payment obligations remain in full and all sections of this agreement survive the termination of the coaching relationship.
OPTIONAL: MARKETING & TESTIMONIAL CONSENT
With your permission, I may use anonymous excerpts from your wins, transformations, or testimonial feedback for future marketing. You will always be asked for explicit consent before anything is shared with your name or identifying details.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT & MODIFICATIONS
This agreement reflects the entire understanding between Coach and Client. It supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This agreement is binding upon acceptance and is governed by applicable law. Your decision to proceed with this coaching relationship confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.

You’re committing to your growth with full integrity
You’re showing up for your future self in the highest way
